Tree Removal near Bridgeport Drive in Medford, OR

This is a previous client. I was called out to asses a Norway Maple tree located in the backyard. Upon inspection the tree had bleeding canker disease. I noticed that the trunk of the tree had been buried during installation of a water feature that had recently been installed. I told the client that was most likely the cause of the infection. As it is brought on by excessive moisture at the root collar. I explained that the tree could be treated but the fill dirt would need to be removed or treatment would most likely not be successful. The client decided that removing the dirt was not something that was feasible. They decided to have us remove the tree. Do to the location/accessibility stump grinding was not an option.
