I received a call in regards to a plum tree that had a crack in the lower trunk. Upon inspection, I noticed that the whole top of the tree had died back. This being a plum tree with a life expectancy of 20 to 25 years. It was my recommendation that this tree was well passed It’s prime and should be removed. The client agreed and liked my quote. We removed the tree and applied a herbicide to the stump to reduce the chances of unwanted regrowth.
