This is a new client. I was called out to give her a quote on pruning 3 Birch trees. I informed the her that all 3 of the birch trees are infested with bronze birch Beatles and will eventually die because of that. She really wanted to keep the trees as long as possible. I recommended that we remove the deadwood and apply a systemic with an insecticide to help prolong the life of the trees. She liked my suggestion and we proceeded with the project.
