This is a reoccurring client of ours. It is managed by a property management company. I was called out to assess a Pine tree and a neighboring Elm tree.
The pine tree had several broken limbs, lots of deadwood and some excessive weight on other parts of the tree. We removed all the broken limbs the dead wood, and did some light weight reduction.
The Elm tree had some deadwood over my clients property. There was also 6 inch stem that was getting close to the building and looked like it could fail so we removed that stem as well.
